Security you can stand behind

How Norma is designed to be trusted with your most sensitive systems โ€” self-hosted intelligence, per-person identity, your ERP's own rules, and protected credentials.

Norma is built to be trusted with your most sensitive systems. Security is not a feature bolted on afterwards โ€” it is how the product is designed. Here is what that means for your organization.

Your data never leaves your organization

Norma runs its artificial intelligence internally, on infrastructure you control. Nothing you ask and none of your ERP data is ever sent to an external AI service โ€” not Claude, not ChatGPT, not Gemini, and no third-party cloud. The intelligence is self-hosted, so your business information stays inside your own walls at every step. There is no outside party in the loop, and nothing to opt out of.

Everyone acts as themselves

Norma signs in to your ERP using each person’s own account โ€” never a shared login, never an administrator backdoor, and it never impersonates anyone. Whatever you do through Norma, you do as yourself. You only ever see and change what your own ERP permissions already allow, so a person’s reach through Norma is exactly their reach in the system itself.

Your ERP rules are never broken

Norma works inside your ERP’s own authorization and approval controls, not around them. It cannot do anything you could not do yourself, and it never bypasses the business rules and sign-off steps your organization has put in place. The governance you have designed stays exactly as it is โ€” Norma simply helps your people work within it, faster.

Credentials stay protected

When someone connects a system, Norma exchanges their sign-in for a short-lived access token and discards the password immediately. From then on Norma holds only that temporary token โ€” never a password. There is nothing long-lived to steal and nothing sensitive to leak, and when a token expires Norma simply asks the person to reconnect.
